In the lecture, Professor Krüger talks abut challenges to journalism education in South Africa from his vantage point as a scholar and as a former professional journalist.
Amng the key issue in his talk, professor Krüger reflects on the many different impacts that the rise of digital media have had and continue to have on journalism and as a consequence also on journalism education.
Towards the end of the video there is also a Q&A round with those present at the lecture.
