Writers´ workshop

Our second writers´workshop centers on strategic and practical challenges of writing for publication. How we want to organize this as a GjC activity is up to everyone to define. We will identify and discuss various journals and means by which center members might assist each other.

Three items are om the agenda:

1. Presentation of an ongoing PhD research project — Solomon Kebede: Aspects of changing journalism in a conflict-ridden Ethiopia. Presentation title coming.
2. Papers in progress — scanning: Round across the table on ongoing writing activities.
3. Journal scanning: Singling out and brief commenting on key journals for journalism and communication publishing.
